Alerts

Active account alarms from live message data. The first alarm: an account with no messages for over 15 minutes. Each alert shows its evidence and confidence; nothing is chatter-typed.

Sync engine is down or stalled, so per-creator alert noise is suppressed until the writer is healthy again. Attendance alerts stay live (separate pipeline).
